The elected Oriental Guide of a Shrine Temple is by definition the forth Vice President of the Temple for which he is elected. In this position, he is the most junior elected position the moving divan. His duties and responsibilities are outline in the Imperial Bylaws. His duties within Arabia Temple includes Membership Chairman whom the duties of membership, retaining and building, is his primary role.
